Our Board and Oversight

Rae and Woody Faulk have been married for 37 years and have three adult daughters.  In and out of New York frequently, they reside in Nashville, TN and part-time in Atlanta, GA.

Rae is a women’s ministry leader, a Bible teacher, a former high school teacher and a Christian vocalist. 

Woody has spent almost 40 years in the hospitality industry and now spends his professional time helping a variety of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations become better at achieving their hopes, dreams and ambitions.  He serves on several boards, including Heritage Preparatory School Board of Trustees, Society for Classical Learning, and the JH Ranch Board of Directors.

Believing that far beyond having their own authentic, thriving, loving marriage, the impact couples have on those around them has life-long, even generational, influence.  To help couples take the next step in growing their marriages, they founded Ember Marriage Retreats in 2020.

With more than 25 years of ministry experience, Pastors Brett and Sonia Collier are a dynamic husband-and-wife team devoted to building people, communities, and the Kingdom of God. Their journey in ministry has been marked by a passion for guiding individuals through life’s challenges and into a genuine, transformative relationship with Jesus Christ.

Most recently, Brett served on the pastoral team at Oasis Church in Los Angeles, where he held multiple leadership roles—including Staff Pastor, Community Pastor, and Service Pastor—overseeing outreach, discipleship, and Sunday service experiences both online and in person. Sonia led in Pastoral Care and Youth Ministry at the same church, helping young people and families experience healing, purpose, and spiritual growth. Together, the Colliers also served as co-church planters of Perfecting Home Church under the leadership of Pastor Marvin Winans Jr. In this pioneering season, Brett served as Executive Pastor, overseeing church operations, leadership development, and ministry strategy, while Sonia led as a Worship Leader and Church Administrator. Their shared vision and hands-on leadership helped lay a strong spiritual and organizational foundation for a thriving local ministry.

Their backgrounds extend beyond the church walls. Both Brett and Sonia bring a wealth of experience from the entertainment industry, nonprofit leadership, business development, and entrepreneurship—skills that have equipped them to bridge faith and culture while empowering others to live out their God-given potential.

Recognized as builders and modern-day apostles, together the Colliers carry strength in leadership and the prophetic and are deeply committed to upholding godly values in every sphere of society.

Recently relocated from Los Angeles to New York with their 10-year-old son, Lincoln, Brett and Sonia continue to pursue their calling to raise up leaders, strengthen families, and ignite revival wherever God plants them.

Shameekia Pride is a Board-Certified Pastoral Counselor, author, and marketplace ministry leader committed to advancing the Kingdom of God through discipleship and spiritual formation. Saved since childhood, she lives by Matthew 6:33, “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God,” which guides both her faith and ministry assignment.

With a background in pastoral care, deliverance ministry, and biblical counseling, she equips believers to walk in spiritual wholeness and maturity. Through her books, courses, and ministry work, she offers practical, Spirit-led teaching that supports emotional healing, identity development, and purposeful Christian living.

While she carries a strong grace for mentoring women, her calling reaches the broader Body of Christ and the marketplace, where she empowers believers to walk in Kingdom influence with integrity and authority.

Shameekia serves the local church with a focus on sound doctrine, strategic leadership, and cultivating a Christ-centered community rooted in prayer and discipleship.
